WHAT'S IN IT
Coconut or Almond Yogurt
1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
1/4 cup fresh organic Blueberries or Wild Frozen Blueberries
1 T Walnuts
1 T Almonds
1 t Sunflower Seeds
1 t Chia Seeds
Optional: Drizzle with pure maple syrup or raw local honey to sweeten
