WHAT’S IN IT
2 bananas
1/3 -1/2 cup hemp milk
¼ cup walnuts
1 t vanilla extract
(Optional) Add Ins (raspberries, mint, dark chocolate chips etc.)
HOW TO MAKE IT
Peel and cut the bananas into ½” pieces
Lay on a parchment lined sheet pan and freeze for an hour
Transfer to a glass container and freeze for at least 7 hours
In a high-power blender or food processor mix the walnuts into a fine powder
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
Remove from blender and mix in any additional ingredients
Enjoy immediately or freeze until ready to eat
WHY IT’S HEALTHY
